Halloween 1995 In the spirit of my last flashback friday, I thought I'd better post this one of me. This was when I lived in Colorado with my sister, Betsy. People used to tell me I looked like Alicia Silverstone. And since I loved Clueless (and we already had the poster above our fireplace) I thought I'd be "Cher" for our Halloween party. I don't think I look quite as good in that dress as I think I did!

I thought I'd also post this one I found this past week for my Hyde cousins. This is at the 4th of July parade in Provo. Counter clockwise from grandpa... Heidi, me, Jill, Mindy (you look happy to be there) Ben, half of Julie, Linda Ann, don't know who she is, Raymond, Jeannine. Wasn't this such a fun annual tradition.

I almost posted the Clueless picture on my CO flashback last week. I love the parade picture. That was so fun doing that every year. Now it just seems hot when I go. :) You don't notice those things as a kid.
Now that you mention it, I can totally see a resemblance between you and Alicia Silverstone! That phone you're holding is a flashback in itself!
Ok I'm dying over the cell phone. TOO FUNNY! Love it. I can't tell from the 1980's picture but are those awesome crocheted curly hair ribbons in your hair? I've been dying to make some.
I still remember those good ol' parade days! Heidi actually looks like the only one that was happy to be there! It must have been really hot. :-) I miss Grandmas popcorn balls.

That was a great flashback. I can't believe that so many of us are not smiling, especially me. I thought we were all trained to be totatlly cheesey when a camera came out!

after looking at the photo again..I will add that Emily is sitting right next to Ben. You can only see her hair, but she's there!
